Hello,
To get into a top school, yes. Besides, I highly recommend going for an MBA at least with 2 years of work experience. The exposure gained during your work life will help you to better understand management concepts. Getting into a top B school isn't enough. You must have heard that a lot of people drop out. To survive or rather thrive and contribute to the class effectively work experience is a must for MBA. Thank you.
