    For the MBA Executive programme at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) in Pune, a minimum of one year of full-time work experience is required. 

    In contrast, the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme at S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) does not mandate prior work experience. Applicants with less than five years of work experience, including fresh graduates, are eligible to apply.
