    Hello! Work experience is not compulsory for seeking admission in IBS Hyderabad (or any other similar B-school for that matter). IBS comprises of a mix of both freshers and experienced students.

    No, it isn't mandatory. And, IBS is one of the Institutes where maximum freshers are admitted.
