Hi Rohit, No, work experience is not mandatory to get admission. In IIFT there is a good mix of freshers and work experienced people.
In MBA-IB you will get to know about the international perspective of every subject like International economics, International marketing, International business strategy and these are the core courses where as in other colleges few of these subjects are taught as elective courses. Apart from that you will have a mandatory port visit which is unique for IIFT.

Work experience is not a mandatory criterion for MBA. Freshened as well as people with work experience get a fair chance at the interview rounds.
MBA from IIFT offers a distinctive feature of International Business which is not offered by other institutes. It also offers Trade as a specialization. IIFT is also one of the top B Schools which offers this specialization in Asia.
