Is work experience necessary for PGDM admission? I wish to apply immediately after completion of graduation.

No, it's not necessary. Having a work experience has its pros and cons as well. Same goes with fresher. It would be good to have a work experience but it's not necessary. There is no mandatory path. Everyone takes up a route depending on their convenience.
