    Hello,
    Work experience is never mandatory to pursue MBA, unless specifically mentioned by the college. Both freshers and working people are admitted every year in all the top-ranked HR colleges across India.

    No, a fresher is always given plus points for the fresh idea, mindset, and creativity it brings on the table for any course or batch or company per se. Not having a pre-conceived notion about how things are done is always positive.

    is not essential for getting admission in college for pgdm hrm.

    No Aaryan, Work experience is not necessary for getting admitted into PGDM of IMI. Its just that if you have an experience, it might just add points to your CV. Else only entrance score and academic profile is necessary
