    Dear Sandip, If you are talking about direct PR from India to Australia then yes work experience is on e of the factors which is considered for points, in fact a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the field of work as required in the SOL published by DIAC. If are a fresher then the only available route is do a 2 year PG course in Australia, get 2 years of PSW and start your PR process, and yes it is very expensive compared to direct PR, in fact about 10 times more. The only other option is work for 5 years and then apply for PR if it exists as per current rules. All the best.
