    Yes, XAT is required for MBA at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM). LBSIM accepts CAT, XAT, and GMAT scores for admission to its MBA program.

    However, XAT is the preferred entrance exam for LBSIM. LBSIM gives more weightage to the XAT score in the selection process compared to the CAT and GMAT scores.

    While XAT scores are accepted for admission in LBSIM, it is not compulory to appear for XAT as candidates can take admission in LBSIM via GATE and CAT exams as well

    Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management MBA Course and Eligibility Criteria. All candidates are required to take CAT, XAT or a valid GMAT score. Students are required to update their CAT/XAT/GMAT scores. Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.

Every question of XAT carries 1 mark and a score of 38 to 42 usually covert into 99 percentile, so candidates should aim for the same number of correct attempts in the exam.
