Is XIBMS a fake institute? Which university is it affiliated to?

The best way to find it out is to get it known directly from the University Registrar's office, that an institute is really associated with it or not. -
Yes, it is fake it is not under any university it is not UGC or AICTE approved This also does not come under NARIC or NOOSR list My visa got rejected with the reason being it is not recognized. -
