    Yes, students after completing their study from YCMOU can apply for UPSC CSE exam. YCMOU degree is valid and approved by UGC. The college or university does not matter when applying for UPSC CSE as long as they fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for CSE. Students need to complete a minimum of bachelor's degree to apply for UPSC CSE. The university offers BA, BSc, BCom, etc. at the UG level.

    Any student who is Indian and Graduate from a recognised university is eligible for UPSC CSE exam, So dear Aspirant you are eligible for UPSC exam.
