It is difficult to state an institute as good as every institute has plus and minus points. While selecting the best institute, you need to check some of the important parameters such as recognition, year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.

Regarding placements, every college / institute provide assistance to successfully pass out students. But, no institute can guarantee you placement as it entirely depends on your capabilities, utilization of skills, presence of mind, communication skills etc.
