Dear manjunath,
Yes the distance MBA degree of ISBM is considered as Master Degree,
ISBM is an autonomous body so its not regulated with UGC and AICTE,
So u cant go for government jobs, PHD from ugc reg univ and appear NET/SET after completion of ISBMs degree since its not a UGC degree.
