it is acceptable to do BLIS in this year, because my MBA is not completed till now one year is gap both study in DISTANCE( IGNOU) ?

In last year 2011 i have studied MBA in IGNOU but not completed till now. But i want to do BLIS in IGNOU in this year 2012 july session. It is acceptable or not ?
