It is compulsory to appear in ICAR to get admission in government college for agricultural course?
I have scored 92.8% in class 12 with a combination of Biology chemistry physics English and physical education.

No, it is not compulsory to appear for ICAR, you can also appear you state pre agriculture test.

According to eligibility criteria it is not necessary to give ICAR for admission to this college
