Hello
PGDM is given by a college affiliated to the AICTE while an MBA is given only by an independent University. Both are considered as equivalent in India; what matters more is from where are you pursuing it. For example, a PGDM done from a top-ranked B-school is any day more valuable than an MB

Hi sriram, MBA program is approved by AICTE but now days company's are not intrested in AICTE or UGC , its depended on student skills
