Jay, it is not your stream that is going to decide whether you need tuition for a subject or not. If you are hard working and are able to grasp a subject then there is no need for you to take any tuition classes for the subject.
In case, you are finding it difficult to grasp the subject then surely you need to take tuition for the subject.

According to me you should take tutions. because as you has done your secondary education from Science you don't have much knowledge of basics of accounts. and in B.com you has to study Accounts in deep. and Income Tax along with it. So if you take tutions and get your basics clear. it will be very helpful for you. So please keep them aside big inspirational suggestions. and work on the reality.
