It is possible I complete 1st year in BCA from punjab technical university can I will change from PTU to punjab university or not????
in +2 I have 49% marks so in Punjab university can't get admission

I do not think India has brought in such facilities yet. If you discontinue from one Indian university, you still have to start right from the beginning in case you want to join the next university. Hope this helps. Thanks!
