IT job in cts after btech bioinformatics(2012) vs MS IN USA IN CSE (BRANCH CHANGE) after working 1 yr vs going for MS IN BIOINFO? WHICH IS?

i am confused about my career... i did Btech bioinformatics (2012) and i want pursue masters in CSE . i got placed in cognizant . i am confused wether to go for MS in US after working 1 yr or go to bioinfo streams in MS immediately .if i choose to take up CSE is it good option or if i stay in bioinf
