It's my first year of Bachelors in economics. Should I start preparing for NET?

If you want it, then do it. The UGC NET (University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test) is a national level exam and one of the most difficult exams in India. Through this exam, candidates are selected for JRF and for the post of assistant professor. The basic preparation of UGC NET starts with the syllabus of Bachelor and Masters courses. So, try to make strong command on the syllabus of Bachelors in economics, it will be helpful to make good command over UGC NET Syllabus. It will be beneficial for you to make some notes according to UGC NET Syllabus of Economics while studying in Bachelor and Masters degree.
