NO my friend, you are not eligible as you have to pass b.tech in 4years.
You may have re-exams of failed papers, but those should be passed within the four years itself.

Hi Sandeep. It seems that you completed your B.Tech in 5 years but I dont know the reason why you took an extra year. If the reason is failure in one of the years, then you will not be eligible. However if you took an extra year due to medical reasons, you might be considered.
