If you are asking whether you can do two-degree courses at the same time then no. As per UGC notification In 2016, it stated that a student cannot attempt or possess two-degree courses at the same time.

Yes you can after you finish your current degree course. Masters is another degree course and as per UGC notification in 2016, you are not supposed to do two degree courses at the same time. But there are people who do it, I don't know how or whether it's valid or not. Please take a second advice fr
