There is no any chance to get enter in government college or any top university because your marks are not fit for them. I suggest you to try for another private engineering colleges. I am sharing a fine list of some private engineering colleges. You can choose one of them according to your requirem

Best for you would be to check a college for its faculty, platform, exposure, workshops and placements and then decide. Log in to some good sites like LPU, PES, RV etc.
