You can do hotel mangment course by doing a language course for three months. Even to do this you need to do IELTS and if you take less mark than expected based ont hsi mark they will give you 3 months or 6 months languae course followed by your degree whatever you need.

if you are planning to study in Switzerland or Singapore which are best for hospitality and tourism industry most of the college doesn't require IELTS but you should at least fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria.

Hi Sathish, even if the Univ waives of the IELTS requirement for you, you will still have to write it for the sake of visa. It is mandatory for non native speakers of English to appear for IELTS or TOEFL exam. There is no exemption to it.
