Jadavpur University is among the top 10-15 engineering colleges in India but the fee still is very low, why?

The aim of the colleges is to give Education in less price to every students. The students who qualified from Jadavpur University gets a good job with good package. Thus, university also provides education for the students who cannot have money to pay the fees, if they have potential, then this university gave a chance.
