    Sir,
    I am not able to understand the homestate rank allotment in NIT, warangal. Here last year allotment shows that closing home state rank is lower than the other state rank. for all other states home state rank is higher than the other state rank. what does this mean. is this AIR or separately given state rank. Pl clarify
