I have just completed my b.tech degree in ece with aggregate cgpa 6.8. can i go Germany for masters ?
If, yes then what is the eligibility criteria ?
what are the best universities?
How much cost for education, fooding, lodging,staying in germnay needed?
Any Scholarships from India or abroad ?
