You should concentrate more and clear what ever you have left behind. Having backlogs and supplementary exams will affect you but not to a great extent as there are a few firms who come to you for campus selection demanding no backlog of papers. In that case you will be screened out. At least you should try to clear out your backlogs before you enter into your sixth/prefinal semester if you do not want to miss those opportunities. Still there are very few few companies who prompt you to clear all the examinations in your first attempt and nothing can be done about such opportunities with your present status.
