Join in M.Des or IES. Which has more scope?

I am going to complete my B.Tech(electronics & Comm). I have interest in Designing field and I am also looking forward to IES. I know these two are two different platforms. My question is which has more scope and better future. I do like both. Which is best to go?

Obviously, IES has a greater scope in terms of stable class-1 government officer in departments like Railways, National Highway, PWD, Dept of Telecom etc. M.DES. for electronics engineers in India does not provide a wide platform simply because electronics design is almost non-existent in India.
