JoSAA fees refund process.

I have been alotted a seat in iiit in round 5, can I withdraw my seat after 6 round? Or if I pay the partial fees of 40k, for CSAB and I do not accept the seat, will my money be refunded?40k+35k? , Please suggest.

I accept the seat given by the JoSAA and paid 35K. Will it be refunded after paying PAF 40K or we need to pay both?
