Juet guna v/s abes ghaziabad

CSE at JP guna (juet) v/s CSE at abes engineering college ghaziabad(affiliated by uptu). I am from UP itself. can't understand what to do. i want to study in a collage which can impart both theoretical and practical knowledge and provide good exposure
