Just completed B.E Mech. from Mumbai University. Wish to pursue my masters from U.S/Canada. Which are top universities there?

Scored 58.5% aggregate in B.E Mechanical with first class in last 2 semesters. Done Solidworks designing course and due to appear for GRE and TOEFL next month.
