Just got up after almost three years (had an accident). No graduation yet, just 12th. Anyone plz tell me wats this GATE, TOEFL and IELTS are all about. plz suggest the best possibilities for a rusty lame.

Your first aim should be to complete Govt recognized Graduation (BA or BCom or BSc or BTech). Later if you plan for MTech then entrance exam called GATE will be Similarly for UK or other European countries you may require IELTS test.
