You have to apply for counselling via online and you will need following documents for that. Here is the list of Documents you'll need for NEET UG Counselling. Signature
Category Certificate
the latest Passport size photograph
Passing Certificate of class 10. Thumb impressions on both left and right hand fingers. Citizen certificate
postcard size photograph
PwD Certificate.
