K.r mangalam , shiv nadar university or lingaya's university ! which is best among the three ?

I have scored 66% in 12th i wanted to pursue b.tech chemical engineering but now i don't i would be able to do so.now im planning to do b.sc chemistry honours wich college is most suitable among the three ? in shiv nadar both chemical engg. & b.sc chem are available ! please help me decide
