Kindly guide me what can i do with a percentile of 45 in CAT and 35 in SNAP (defence Category). Is there any chance I can a call.?

I have a work experience of 7 months and my 10th percentage is 88%, 12th is 92% and B.tech is 52%. CAT - 45 percentile and SNAP - 35 percentile (defence category) Is there a chance of getting a call from SIMS.?
