Kindly suggest the best college for doing chemical engineering from distance mode.

Dear Ravi,
As per the guidelines of UGC, no university in India can offer engineering and medical courses through distance mode. AICTE would not approve these courses/certificates. You must opt for the regular mode for chemical engineering.
