No Apoorva, KIT - Kashi Institute of Technoogy is not a branch of Kanpur Institute of Technology. The promoters of KIT have promoted Kanpur Institute of Technology in Kanpur, which in the short span of 5 years has made a name for itself in the field of Engineering.
