    you can do biotech you have only bio subject in 12h class or medical line

    Ofcourse.
    It's possible if you have good grades.
    Means if you have a minimum of 50% marks in your Intermediate or if you are from CBSE board then you must have minimum of 60% in your Intermediate.

    If you want to join biotechnology you must have a background in Science, that is Physics or Agriculture, Chemistry and Biology at plus two level.
