Yes. Contact a good university that can train you well. Nitte Unniversity, Mangalore, Amity, Noida, Manipal, Udupi are all grade A universities. See where the fee is low and join.

Yes you can do courses in Mass communciation. Delhi University is quite reputed for this course.
