Kya main hindi se MBA kar sakta hu aur kya subject lene chahuye? Please help me!

maine B.com 2006 main kiya hai. 2006 se hi main ek toffy factory main kaam ka raha hu. mujhe account ka kaam achchha lagta hai. main english main kamjor hu. Main maried hu aur ek child bhi hai. Salary bhi vahut kam hai. So mujhe kya karna chahiye Please advise me.
