Take regular sleep, and regular unwinding sessions, including light exercises of your choice. Avoid repetition while writing an answer, but ALWAYS do repetition while reading. This stands true for practice sessions and studies, and for taking self-tests. This also stands VERY TRUE when you have the question paper in your hand. Please read the question paper THRICE before writing our the first answer. By the time you have read it thrice, others may have started writing the first answer. But you act like the tortoise, and not the rabbilt, and you will surely win. When you are in the process of reading , more than half of your exam fear wi

All that is required to crack the exams is sincerity, determination , time-management and self-confidence . My advice to all students appearing for the board exams is to remember not to make half-hearted attempts and that there are no shortcuts to success.

the pattern of cbse has changed drastically in the last few years. when we sat for our 10th and 12th board exams more stress was laid not writing long answers and filling up as many sheets as possible which ensures to get good marks and high percentages. But, now since cbse conducts AIEEE and many medical, law and engineering entrance exams are adopting the objective type and MCQ pattern of cbse and focusing more on percentile rather than rank and percentage. Hence today student should give 100% effort to write 10th and 12th board exams ( same for ICSE, and other state boards also ) and try to score a higher percentile. Now only 3 week

Indeed a nice discussion started by Manmeet Kaur50173 and all i can say here is that as stated by Aneeket, there should be less of Last minute preparation instead it should be a last minute revision of things that one has already studied.

Kamaraju Pulugurtha good point made, the students as should always avoid last minute preparations, and they should prepare for the exam through out the year, rather than preparing for in in the last months.

as long as there is a steady ,day to day preparation, there is no worry at all for the student.there must be a thorough knowledge of each text book and dependence on guide books and notes made -easy are never of any use.waking up all of a sudden and getting tense about exams is a wasteful exercise.the last minute preparation will get a pass mark only.

When I wrote my CBSE, I remember, I was not tensed or excited. I was knowing my average performance (from previous class tests) and I had mentally decided that I will keep up to that average. No need to get tensed to score higher and higher (at the last minute). Such attitude may fire-back. Maintaining your best possible average is best choice. It will help you keeping cool.

First of all, last minute preparation never works so one must avoid it.
It is good only for those students who are not behind the rank numbers and in "toppers" competition and those who have very good creativity (not the Tota Ratant) and can explain answers well on the basis of key words.
Student should not focus on remembering the entire paragraph or answer. They should try to recollect whatever they have studied in the past. They should note down main points in key words in a note. It should be in such a way that by just seeing the group of words, they should be able to recollect the answer and form the sentence.
    It is always hyped that

Well my last minute preparation tip would be to avoid last minute preparation. As per me, the final week should be left for only revision and no new topic should be touched as it may confuse the student.

Adding more, following are a few study tips that I would like to share:-
**Enrich your environment with light, inspiring messages, flowers and plants.
**Avoid distractions. This will help you to concentrate better.
**Discipline yourself. There is no substitute for self-control and discipline. It is not a restriction of your freedom. Instead, it enables you to be a confident learner.
    **Be persistent.
**Analyse the task and divide it into smaller study tasks to experience success.
**Take frequent tests to evaluate yourself.
**Use your intelligence to create study tools to learn and memorise.

Well not only CBSE, but even ICSE and all the other state boards are just a hand away. So for all the aspirants this year, I would say- Believe in yourself: If you have prepared well for the exam, do not worry unnecessarily. Only, make sure you have the right perspective. If you think that anything less than 90% is a failure, you are creating unnecessary stress for yourself.
Don't bottle up: Confiding in someone you trust is a great way of alleviating stress.
Right perspective: The board exam may seem to be the most important thing right now, but in the bigger scheme of your life its plays a small role.

LAST MINUTE TIPS FOR CBS: Remain calm and composed and keep refreshing whatever you have studied. Do not attempt to study a new thing which you have not unfortunately touched so far.
