Hi Aman,
The university has its own ranking system and it gives 60% weightage to JEE mains and 40% to 12th marks. So it will be difficult to specify the cut off.
The application forms are available online since 1.5.2013. Last date of submitting is 19.6.13. Display of first list is 25.6.13.
