Last year I failed to get admission in Delhi University and took admission in local college. How can I apply again for DU?

Register using the online application process within the specified time period whenever DU announces its dates for registration Complete the application form, upload all the relevant documents like 10th, 12th Marksheets, your preference of colleges, Entrance tests that you want to give, make payment & Submit the form. Done!
