Last year, NIT-Silchar civil branch's OBC cut-off in 7th round was 10013. My OBC rank is 9740 in 2018. Can I make it this year?

    My opinion you are very close last year cut off. Looks current year cut of 1 round it increases minimum 1800 rank. So I hope u will get your branch as u like.

If you belong to the General AI category, the cutoff for all specialisations and rounds ranged from 360 to 526, wherein M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was the most competitive. For the  OBC AI and SC AI category candidates, the last round cutoff ranged from 317 to 486, and 231 to 328, wherein M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering and M.Tech. in Transportation Engineering were the toughest specialisations to crack, respectively. NIT Silchar 2025 cutoff for MSc has been released for admissions to various categories. For the General AI category, the cutoff ranged from 1111 to 1679, wherein M.Sc. in Mathematics was the most popular and therefore, the most competitive. For the OBC AI category, the MSc cutoff 2025 ranged from 1251 to 3775, wherein the same course was also the most competitive. However, please note that different categories will have different cutoffs accordingly.
