means....whats your qualification? althgh i don't think so any lateral entry provision is thr in MBBS....despite bsc or 10+2 all will start from same level......

It is not possible. Anyway, Medical schools in Canada do not offer the MBBS, an undergraduate degree in medicine. They offer the MD (Doctor of Medicine). Your question is not quite complete. Perhaps you are wanting to know if laterral entry is permitted in MBBS course. I sincerely doubt that this is feasible unless the two universities have a specific provision to this effect and that too under specific conditions. Otherwise it is highly unlikely.
