Lateral Entry

I have completed my B.Sc(IT) from Kuvempu University under distance education mode through Lateral Entry, First 3 Sem.. from NIIT and last 3 Sem. from University (total 3 years). Am I eligible to apply for Govt. Jobs where eligibility is (10+2+3) or 3 years graduate?

Dear Anil, if you have completed three year Polytechnic Diploma in first Division the you are eligible for direct admission to second year in Degree course.
