    Hi,
Law with CS (company secretary) is a very good choice as the study for both the courses run on a parallel footing and the career opportunities that one gets after law and CS are also very good. Every company looks for lawyers with additional qualification and a lawyer with CS is a perfect combination.
BA is a basic degree and the subjects that are covered under the course are not helpful as a lawyer when he looks for jobs. Law with BA means that you need to do 5 year law course offered by several universities, selection of which is done by Common Law Entrance Test, SET or MH CET. Law with Company secretary not necessarily means that it should be five year law degree. I believe that you should opt for an option which is a mix-up of the options you mentioned that is you should do BA with law and at the same time prepare for Company Secretary. Law firms and in House counsels preferred a lot of law students who have done company secretary. The reason behind this preferenc
