Legal parul university has launched a new course called Diploma in Health Assistant, whether this course is available for Nepali students?

I just want to say that Parul University has launched a new course. The name of these courses is Diploma in Health which only does Nepali Student course. Own Indians will not do a course. Indians do not even understand this course of theirs. Even a visit to yourself does not understand.
