less %tile in cat .. can i apply it

As per the official website
IBS calls all the students with CAT scores above 75 percentile and IBSAT scores above the cutoff. Based on the overall score reached at by including GDPI scores, academics etc. candidates are allotted different IBS colleges. Top ones will get IBS Hyderabad followed by Mum

IBS icfai b school u need to give exam of IBSAT- icfai business school apptitute test .they dont consider cat score.
