Like past few years the government relaxes the eligibility criteria by 5% for engineering in Maharashtra.are there chances even this year?

Like past few years the government relaxes the eligibility criteria by 5% for engineering in Maharashtra.are there chances even this year? i got pcm 49% where as the eligibility is of 50% but in last 4 yrs every year they relaxed it to 45%. are there chances of the same even this year?
